Role Overview: PalletTrader is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Marketing Manager who excels in tactical execution and collaborative teamwork. You will be responsible for executing a broad range of marketing activities, from digital campaigns to conference management, while working closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
- Build and execute on creative and content posting across multiple platforms
- Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of monthly newsletters, blogs, and press releases
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
- Create and manage sequences and drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversion
- Develop playbooks and workflows for consistent execution of digital marketing efforts
Event & Conference Management
- Take complete ownership of tradeshow/conference planning and execution, from logistics to post-event follow-up
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a strong presence at industry events
- Research and own the submission process for industry awards
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and analyze regular reports on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and overall marketing effectiveness
- Maintain and update dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing activities
Systems & Tools Management
- Oversee integrations, log-ins, subscriptions, and the asset and content library
- Ensure efficient use of tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo/Sales Intel or alternatives to support marketing efforts
Collaboration & Strategic Input
- Work hand-in-hand with the team to brainstorm ideas and execute strategies that align with business goals
- Provide support in developing and maintaining Playbooks and other key marketing documents
- Update the newsroom and manage communications related to company achievements and updates
Associations & Memberships Management
- Manage and actively engage in industry associations and memberships to maximize their value
- Attend key events and participate in networking opportunities to build relationships and drive business growth
- Continuously evaluate the ROI of each membership and adjust participation strategies as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on tactical execution
- Proficiency in HubSpot is strongly preferred for this role
- lStrong knowledge of digital marketing and various marketing strategies
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Zoominfo/Sales Intel, Asana and other systems
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven influences
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.
