Position Summary: The main function of a Responsible Business Practices Project Manager (PM) role is to provide comprehensive project management and communication support across the Supply Chain Integrity and Human Rights workstreams. The PM is responsible for effectively developing end-to-end workback plans and successfully implementing and completing projects, engaging and clearly communicating with key stakeholders, and organizing and coordinating meetings and events. The PM is knowledgeable with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint. The PM is familiar with environmental, and social, governance as it pertains to the business, specifically supply chains and human rights policies and regulations. The PM has 2 - 4 years of experience.


Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Monitor and respond to internal and external inquiries via Outlook.
  • Develop and execute project plan for collecting ESG data from key stakeholders across various teams for the publication of corporate reports.
  • Develop and execute project plan for collecting and organizing human rights data from key stakeholders from across various teams for completing of human rights impact assessments.
  • Coordinate end-to-end administration of workshops and meetings with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update internal and external facing SharePoint sites.


Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the Program/Project management field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: PM degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain demonstrated experience/ familiarity with human rights, supply chain, or ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) concepts. Someone with experience in the corporate supply chain or human rights policy, and has familiarity with AI tools like Copilot.
  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines. The ability to work independently is very important.
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience with Proficiency in SharePoint
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience with Excel
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience with Power BI
