Web Content Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Content Specialist to join our team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CMS platforms and supporting the business’s web publishing needs. This role will involve partnering with designers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing site promotions to enhance the user experience and drive conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business’s web publishing needs through a Content Management System (CMS) platform.
  • Collaborate with designers to gather and implement asset requirements.
  • Assist in building and testing site promotions to ensure optimal site performance.
  • Troubleshoot content management system issues and resolve web-related problems.
  • Identify, research, and recommend opportunities to improve the overall site experience and increase the conversion rate.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in CMS, web content management, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to create, maintain, and publish content through a CMS platform.
  • Familiarity with customer-facing digital products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of SEO techniques and marketing practices.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • General understanding of web application development processes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other E-commerce platforms.
  • Experience improving user journeys and testing for web content.
