  • Prepare IIA (Implementation Impact Analysis) - Evaluate Potential Effects of Projects Assessing the Impact of Business Processes / Technology Infrastructure / Data Management / User Experience / Security/Compliance / Costs/Budget / Change Management, etc. | Develop Strategies to Address Potential Risks / Issues
  • Manage Project Forecasting / Purchasing / Expenditures Tracking
  • Documentation - Develop / Maintain Detailed Project Documentation
