The Steer Health team is seeking an experienced sales professional with an extensive background selling healthcare technology applications and solutions. This person will develop and close new Steer Health business while building on current business and accounts. The ideal candidate will have a large network of potential clients and be comfortable with frequent travel. The Account Executive will play a key role in our fast-paced SaaS and mobile environment driving strategic, new enterprise-wide sales initiatives within healthcare organizations to achieve revenue goals and growth objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • "Hunter" mentality - execute effective territory sales strategy to win key accounts
  • Identify sales opportunities and build a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations of Steer Health solutions
  • Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
  • Improve processes to increase sales and facilitate account integration
  • Meet or exceed quotas set out for the position
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization, products, and services
  • Stay informed on Steer Health's competitive landscape
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals and health systems


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SaaS healthcare sales experience selling similar solutions
  • BA/BS required MBA or graduate degree is a plus
  • 3 years working with SaaS, mobile application, cloud and healthcare related industries required
  • Experience in selling to large, enterprise-level health system deals
  • Track record of having sold into the C Suite with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Performance in the top 10% or greater in current and previous positions
  • Meet or exceed quota in current or previous positions
