Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Manager at our Oconto, WI location. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations. You will lead a team and ensure efficient and effective plant management.


Qualifications

  • Plant Management and Operations Management skills which include production objectives, quality standards, customer delivery requirements, cost expectations, basic P&L.
  • Supervisory experience to include understanding of policies and procedures, training, planning, assigning and directing work in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a lean environment and clear understanding of lean principles required.
  • Understanding of electronic manufacturing a plus
  • Experience in plant operations and manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
