What you will do
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Sweathouz’s growth objectives, focusing on customer retention and brand loyalty.
- Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar to schedule the creation and delivery of diverse content types across various channels, ensuring consistent and strategic content distribution.
- Lead the production of high-quality content, including written articles, emails, customer marketing copy, and social media posts.
- Work closely with the growth team to develop and refine email marketing strategies and leverage automation tools to enhance customer engagement and retention through targeted, personalized content.
- Work with a team of content creators and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with broader marketing strategies and company goals. Provide guidance and support in content best practices and creative direction.
- Regularly analyze content performance across all platforms to optimize strategy and report on content efficacy with a focus on retention metrics and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of content or customer marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing successful campaigns and content strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a content team.
- Extensive experience with email marketing, content automation, and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Klavio, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Soci, Srpinklr).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to leverage analytics to drive content decisions.
