This position requires exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of collaboration, and the ability to work independently with transparency as required by the client and project scope.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate construction work to ensure alignment with contract documents and standards.
  • Support site office management and coordinate site meetings, paperwork, and processing of payment requests.
  • Collaborate with facility operations, other stakeholders, and prioritize safety and quality assurance on-site.


Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: MS Word, MS Excel (including Tables, Pivot Tables, Graphics), MS Access (Ad hoc reporting); Power BI, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint administration.
  • Strong data handling abilities, particularly with graphic interfaces and database sources.
  • Familiarity with data structures and principles of graphical communication.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in project engineering or construction management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects and identify solutions.
  • Skilled in reading and understanding legal documents, regulations, and contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong numeracy abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, especially with new technologies and tools.
  • High discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
