Responsibilities - Korean/ English Bilingual Product Planning Specialist:

  • Coordinate the ongoing projects to meet the deadline in timely manner
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and coordinate the ordering of materials and communicate with engineers and technicians participating in assigned projects
  • Communicate with clients for any updates on project layout, progress, and share the updates with other departments related to the project – design change, shipping & receiving, pricing, schedule etc.
  • Provide top customer service to clients and creatively resolve issues
  • Show attention to detail
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


Requirements - Korean/ English Bilingual Product Planning Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • At least 1-3 years experience in manufacturing industry
  • Project Management certification/ experience will be huge plus
  • Strong MS EXCEL skills and ERP experience Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management are MUST
  • Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Able to travel up to 25%
  • Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
