Business Development:

- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.


Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our electronic assemblies.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure sales agreements.

- Address client concerns and objections in a professional and effective manner.


Collaboration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.


Travel:

- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events.

- Manage travel expenses and adhere to company travel policies.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
