We are looking for a high-energy, competitive, and driven individual who is eager to begin their physician recruiting career with Jackson Physician Search.


Essential Duties:

  • Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity
  • Achieve productivity goals and metrics
  • Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates
  • Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Actively enrolled student (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) in a 4-year degree program at an accredited college or university
  • Interest in a sales career in healthcare
  • Excellent prospecting and cold-calling skills
  • Confident, energetic, and professional presence: ability to effectively build relationships, overcome objections
  • Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills a must
  • Strong organizational and computer skills required, CRM proficiency a plus
  • Clean background report and verifiable references
