Electro Freeze/H.C. Duke LLC, an Ali Group Company, is a leader in the design and innovation of frozen treat equipment. Our product line includes solutions for soft serve, yogurt, shake, frozen beverages, hard pack/gelato batch freezers, and flavor systems.
Position Overview
This position is client-centric, serving as an essential link between the company and our valued clientele. It focuses on fostering and enhancing relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate embodies a proactive approach, adept at cultivating trust and rapport while ensuring impeccable service delivery. An unwavering commitment to efficiency, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary support to customers, chain accounts, distributors, and end-user distributors through various channels including phone, in-person meetings, and email correspondence.
- Lead efforts in resolving customer issues by collaborating internally to formulate effective responses and solutions.
- Navigate complex relational dynamics with tact, fostering positive and lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of the product line, broadly understanding features and benefits to proficiently deliver presentations.
- Facilitate internal cross-departmental collaboration through informal training tailored towards acquiring and nurturing chain accounts for sustained relationships and business growth
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from order expediting to modification and monitoring, in close collaboration with the inside sales teams, ensuring seamless coordination and customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Assist with strategy and coordination of the company's presence at trade shows and conventions, serving as a representative of the organization.
- Travel as required, approximately 10%, attending trade shows and other events.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a background in customer support, ensuring seamless assistance and satisfaction.
- Spearhead project management initiatives, overseeing the creation and implementation of process improvements to elevate efficiency, customer satisfaction, and work quality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role such as: account management, business administration, marketing, hospitality management, supply chain management, or equivalent role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking.
- Adaptable to change within a dynamic environment.
- Analytical competence for making informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a positive demeanor and a keen sense of urgency.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, skilled at fostering lasting customer relationships.
- Outstanding organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
