Position Summary:

To support our growing Business Development group, we're searching for Talent Relations person to help recruit more talent for our production and distribution business across YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and OTT.


In this role, you will be at the forefront of the digital landscape and get invaluable experience within the creator economy. You will be responsible for building a pipeline of talent and content to join our already robust network. If you’re ready to hustle and grow our network's overall audience size, you’ll be the perfect candidate.


Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of new talent based on the needs of our network.
  • Source new leads for talent and content and manage external relationships with partners.
  • Identify and communicate key value propositions of talent to senior leadership in a clear way.
  • Build and model out offers for talent, draft up agreements, and lead talent negotiations.
  • Build financial models around expected revenues.
  • Work through onboarding of new signs with internal teams.
  • Create efficiencies in outreach process and tracking of leads via Salesforce.
  • Help generate new ideas for expanding the business of our potential partners.
  • Help generate pitch materials for the company.
  • Perform other duties as needed or as directed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of talent relations experience.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Passion for creator-driven business across YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and/or OTT.
  • Track record of talent relations, cold calling, signing, and managing clients, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with legal negotiations and drafting agreements is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Open to learning new skills and techniques.
  • Clear understanding of how to provide superior client service.
  • General proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of back-end for YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and OTT platform is a plus.
