Responsibilities:

  • Monitor energy markets to identify trading opportunities.
  • Execute trades to buy and sell electricity.
  • Develop trading strategies to optimize financial returns on the portfolio
  • Analyze data to forecast supply and demand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop trading strategies.
  • Manage risks to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years' in power trading (asset-backed or prop) managing your own PnL and VaR
  • Degree education
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Interest in the energy industry (previous experience is a plus but not required).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
