Distribution Manager

Hazleton, United States Judge Direct Placement Full time

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a second shift bilingual (English/Spanish) Distribution Manager in Hazleton, PA area The candidate will drive results that achieve budgeted costs and progress against effectiveness of KPI’s. They will be responsible for managing staff and support associates. As well as making day-to-day decisions for group/department.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand the entire distribution and operations
  • Manager supply chain programs to provide lower product cost
  • Develop, monitor and report KPI’s for all distribution operations
  • Provide leadership in distribution and supply chain initiatives
  • Responsible for overseeing distribution center employees
  • Execute all day to day activities
  • Responsible for safety and engagement process
  • Develop and implement budgets
  • Oversee, manage, and report operational expenses
  • Supervise and coach direct reports including performance reviews



Requirements:

  • MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • MUST be open to second shift
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years’ logistics experience
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
