Job Title: Product Manager - Banking and Digital


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team with a focus on banking products and digital solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and implementation of innovative banking products and digital initiatives that meet customer needs and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision, market trends, and customer demands. Define product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and product enhancement opportunities.
  3. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop new banking products and digital solutions. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  4. Project Management: Lead product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget and regulatory requirements. Manage project timelines, milestones, and risks.
  5. Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to drive continuous improvement and optimization of banking products and digital platforms.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders, senior management, clients, and external partners to gather requirements, communicate product updates, and solicit feedback.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Product Manager in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on digital products and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, payments, digital banking trends, and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
