Qualifications:

• Four (4) years' experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, content marketing or a related field

• At least two (2) years experience analyzing data and distilling insights to inform marketing decisions

• BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience working within a hospitality, franchise, CPG or retail environment

• Experience with Sprinklr or similar social media management software (SMMS)

• Experience with Brandle, or similar social inventory monitoring tool


What will I be doing?

The Hotel Digital Strategy & Support team empowers hotels to inspire travel through maximizing their digital presence. As Sr. Analyst, Hotel Digital Strategy (Contractor), you will help implement and optimize our hotel digital strategies across our portfolio of 7,000 hotels globally. You will help elevate the digital presence of our hotels by working with hotel team members, internal stakeholders and external partners across a variety of platforms.


More specifically, you will:

• Maintain Hilton’s social media governance tool, including account monitoring, tagging and associated reporting

• Support compliance assessment of hotel social accounts

• Support research & discovery of social platform best practices & standards

• Establish and maintain communication templates for various hotel workflows

• Partner with channel owners to provide technically platform/tools guidance to the hotel and corporate Team Members across Hilton’s complete brand portfolio

• Support development and execution of hotel digital training programs

• Partner with various team members as needed on ad hoc projects
