Role Description:

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and successful Sr. IT Project Manager responsible for leading the end to end execution and delivery of technology solutions. The ideal person would be an effective influencer, collaborator, right hand to the Director and experienced in building relationships and trust across diverse teams/locations. We are searching for someone who possesses experience with risk management and in-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum), Project Management Office governance procedures with high focus on compliance and digital channels and data management. Must have experience managing financial budgets.


Job Duties:

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation, including meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
  • Develop project plans, establish and maintain effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders, and lead development and collection of business requirements, functional designs, process maps, and user test plans.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the designated deployed technology solutions across multiple business units.
  • Guide and direct projects in efforts towards modernizing, optimizing and innovating digital solutions across various business units.
  • Manage the creation of project plans, business cases, project planning and critical path development, business policies, processes and procedures, system applications and testing, change impacts analysis, risk assessments and mitigation plans, project recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Produce resource models and training, program/project financial management, marketing, communication and performance KPIs measures.
  • Oversee and spearhead the design, development, implementation and successful embedding of all change project deliverables aligned to the project scope and required delivery outcomes.

Education & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 6-7+ years’ experience managing digital, webpage/web application development, mobile solutions, cloud, and/or manual process automation projects
  • Must have experience with Risk Management - identify and manage project risks and issues to keep project on track
  • Must have experience with Budget financial management – control budget throughout project lifecycle
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology, Project Management Office governance procedures within digital project environments

Plus:

  • Previous experience in Agile transformations
  • Agile certifications or PMP certification are preferred but not mandatory
