They aim to leave a lasting impression by delivering exceptional service, showcasing a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry through engaging storytelling and hospitality.
Responsibilities· Present products confidently to clients, weaving in storytelling and technical details to create a welcoming atmosphere.· Cultivate, maintain, and expand a clientele using the company's CRM platform, emphasizing relationship building.· Continuously enhance product knowledge of brands, collections, and pieces in the showroom, along with staying informed about industry trends.· Maintain professionalism and integrity in all business dealings, adhering to Company guidelines and procedures.· Collaborate effectively with team members, helping and fostering strong working relationships.· Arrange merchandise and displays strategically to maximize sales and prevent loss.· Uphold showroom hospitality guidelines to enhance the client experience.· Utilize company systems, hardware, and software proficiently to perform duties independently.· Fulfill administrative responsibilities and tasks that contribute to the Client Experience.· Handle client repairs efficiently when necessary.· Execute all assigned duties and responsibilities diligently.

Physical Requirements· Standing for extended periods may be necessary.· Occasionally lifting packages or boxes might be required.
Working Conditions and Environment· Flexibility and availability to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, are essential.
Education· High School Diploma
Experience· Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience
Skills and Knowledge· Strong storytelling skills· Genuine passion for timepieces and/or jewelry· Exceptional client service and sales abilities· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)· Outstanding organizational skills· Team player mindset· Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment· Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office)
