Overview:

The Marketing Manager will implement and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves conceptualizing, strategizing, and designing a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including advertising, public relations, campaign/product launches, social media, packaging, web/mobile communications, and integration projects. The Marketing Manager will continuously seek and implement innovative growth opportunities for the brand. Additionally, this role will formulate strategies to optimize the design and functionality of the company's online shop and adjacent platforms, making executive decisions to ensure these frameworks drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall brand awareness, engagement, and growth, ensuring the achievement of company KPIs.
  • Define and execute performance marketing strategies across social media and email marketing to increase organic traffic and reach.
  • Coordinate the global marketing calendar and ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for public relations and social media, including influencer marketing, content creation and curation, community management, collaborations, partnerships, and activations.
  • Drive cost-effective new customer growth and maintain healthy retention rates.
  • Analyze campaign data to continuously optimize and improve performance.
  • Manage CMS activities, including page creation/layout, website maintenance, on-page SEO, and recommending user experience updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to enable them to meet their commercial objectives by providing high-quality collateral, tools, materials, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends, recommending changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Analyze marketing campaign metrics and recommend future strategies for ongoing optimization.
  • Manage social media channels to increase brand awareness through authentic storytelling and engagement.
  • Oversee content creation, including being present for lifestyle and website shoots and creating in-house content.
  • Shoot and manage all social media content, engaging and building our social media community.
  • Create and implement paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling programs
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp/Klaviyo
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Ads
  • Competent photography skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in fashion or jewelry
  • Fluency in the full Adobe Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must provide a design portfolio
