Director of Information Technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions in a distributed environment.
  • Lead and manage IT initiatives, particularly in Managed Services and M&A IT integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of systems, including Sage, Salesforce, Procore, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity best practices to ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s IT environment.
  • Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic IT guidance aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT leadership experience, with a strong focus on Managed Services and M&A integration.
  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure required.
  • Extensive exposure to ERP systems highly desired.
  • In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-initiative workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving technological innovation.
