Inside Sales Representative

- Engage with contractors, builders, and walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions
- Respond to sales inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and process orders efficiently
- Gain and apply in-depth product knowledge to educate and assist customers effectively
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Address customer concerns and resolve order discrepancies with professionalism and care
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet customer needs and boost sales
- Work full-time hours, 45-50 hours/week

We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll drive sales and ensure our customers have the best possible experience. Our Ideal Inside Sales Representative:
- Experienced: 1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience. Familiarity with building materials or construction is a plus. Must have a high school diploma.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is helpful but not required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excels in verbal and written communication with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Organized & Detailed: Manages multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Team Player: Thrives in a team-oriented workplace, working effectively across departments to support company goals.
- Problem-solver: Tackles challenges proactively, resourcefully resolving customer and operational issues.
- Physically Active: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and staying active throughout the workday.
