Maintenance Supervisor

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Napa, CA. This a full-time direct-hire salary $90K - $100K.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversees maintenance of electrical, electronic, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery.
  • Provides technical and specialty expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Obtains quotes and cost estimates on construction projects.
  • Point of contact for vendor services.
  • Develops and maintains emergency response program
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experienced with refrigeration systems, electrical systems. Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to work after hours as needed and be on call for emergencies.
  • Must possess valid driver's license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.
