ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client seeks a highly qualified Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Labor & Employment Team in their Raleigh office.
The associate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:
- Handling litigation, including lawsuits and agency proceedings.
- Providing employment advice and counseling.
- Drafting employment contracts and policies.
- Collaborating with transactional teams on employment aspects of transactions.
The successful attorney must possess:
- 3+ years of experience in the area of employment law
- A background in employment law, both litigation and counseling, is preferred
- Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina
DETAILS
Salary starts at $215,000 DOE with a reasonable hourly requirement of 1850.
