Project Executive

Imperium Global have been retained by an Top ENR GC on the search for a Project Executive in Phoenix.


The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of industrial/ manufacturing/ tilt up, large scale, construction experience, along with evidence of strong leadership and on time and on budget deliveries.


Summary/Objective Responsibilities:

  • Maintain liaison with various contractors and vendors in order to manage the day-to-day activities that impact the delivery of company’s construction project.
  • Ensure that all day-to-day project responsibilities are met by the contractors and vendors on the project
  • Put together Project Plans to include, budget, scheduling, timeline, etc
  • Drive Company Standards uniformly as it regards to Project Delivery by all project participants on all projects
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income / expenses) to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client
  • Represent the company in project meetings
  • Act as key Liaison with managers of all company departments
  • Maintain all logs required to track the progress
  • of the project Travel Required Depending on the location and stage of the project, extensive travel can be occasionally required. Meaning 3 to 4 days per week, every other week


Required Education and Experience

  • Experience in a lead role in Industrial Construction (Minimum of 8 years)
  • Client Facing /Client relationship / Client
  • Management skills
  • Must be familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects
  • Effective Communicator – emails, phone and face to face
  • Solid Administration skills


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering or Equivalent
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience with a GC
  • Work Authorization: Must pass enhanced background check
