We are currently assisting our client with a Program Manager search near Perry, OH. This individual will be responsible for leading all program management and product launch activities. This position will coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to drive programs forward and achieve maximum return on investment.


Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary liaison for external customers to ensure that program launch and production planning requirements are effectively understood and met
  • Understands scope of programs and actively participates in the key planning of program milestones to ensure completion
  • Drives development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success for the program and ensures clear communication with delivery teams and stakeholders
  • Manages and tracks program schedule and task, making appropriate changes to program parameters to reach program milestones and to ensure timelines are met
  • Completes all aspects of project assignments accurately and on time including the development of designs, performance or testing criteria, quality levels, verification methods, and other aspects as required


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience in manufacturing
  • 2+ years of experience in project management with a demonstrated background in successfully delivering large projects
