Role Overview
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 4-6 years of experience and a digital-first mindset to drive high-impact paid media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand activations. This role will lead multi-channel digital marketing efforts, manage agency partnerships, and execute performance-driven strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with expertise in paid media, digital campaign execution, and influencer marketing. Experience in PR and event marketing is a huge plus but not required.
What You'll Do:
Digital Marketing & Paid Media Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to maximize brand visibility and drive conversions.
- Lead paid media strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to seamlessly integrate paid and organic media strategies.
- Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platform innovations, and audience insights to keep Samyang at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Manage retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Instacart) to increase sales and brand exposure.
- Event & Sponsorship Amplification: Oversee digital media strategies to enhance brand exposure at key events (e.g., ComplexCon, Coachella) through paid digital activations.
- Identify and activate strategic media partnerships to drive brand engagement through event sponsorships, co-branded collaborations, and digital-first initiatives.
- Oversee the development and execution of ad copy, messaging, and creative assets, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Utilize analytics tools to identify high-performing audience segments and refine targeting strategies accordingly.
Brand Activations & Event Marketing
- Conceptualize and execute brand activations and digital experiences that resonate with Gen Z and pop culture trends.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies, ensuring digital amplification through social media and paid media support.
- Oversee vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure flawless brand activations.
- Analyze post-event performance, capturing key engagement metrics and opportunities for future activations.
PR & Media Outreach
- Support PR initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and strategic gifting programs.
- Assist in securing earned media placements that enhance digital campaigns and brand activations.
- Track and analyze PR performance, optimizing strategies for maximum brand exposure.
