Paralegal Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Paralegal. The Paralegal duties include client reporting, discovery, analysis of a variety of records, and working closely with attorneys on the daily management of a large caseload. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment and possess superb organizational and communication skills. The role is located in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge of the law and legal terminology
  • Experience in legal document preparation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong research skills to assist attorneys in case preparation
  • Experience in document review, including the ability to identify relevant documents and flag potential issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with attorneys and other paraprofessionals
  • Experience with e-discovery and document management software is a plus
  • Familiarity with litigation procedures and rules of civil procedure is a plus
