Responsibilities

  • Review and draft routine foreclosure documents
  • Create and maintain case files
  • Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders

Qualifications

  • Experience as a paralegal
  • Experience with Massachusetts and Rhode Island foreclosures, both residential and commercial
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
