Our client, a reputable and growing engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a PE-licensed Senior Project Manager to join their Water Resources Engineering team in Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to lead stormwater, drainage, river mechanics, and erosion/sediment control projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned projects throughout the full lifecycle, including scope development, proposals, contract negotiations, and project delivery.Serve as primary client liaison and lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, design, reports, specifications, and plan production.Mentor junior staff and support their technical development.Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, subconsultants, and multi-discipline teams.Support business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to clients.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).PE license preferred.12+ years of relevant engineering experience.4+ years managing multi-disciplinary projects.Experience in stormwater, drainage, erosion/sediment control, and water resources engineering.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.About the CompanyAward-winning Virginia-based firm known for water and civil engineering expertise.Collaborative, growth-focused culture that values employee success.Committed to community impact and lasting client partnerships.Comprehensive BenefitsHealth, dental, vision, and Rx insurance.Flexible/condensed schedule supporting work-life balance.Competitive salary and performance bonus.Retirement plans, PTO, and holidays.Tuition reimbursement and professional development support.Salary Range$140,000 – $160,000 (DOE)
