Senior Water Resources Project Manager

Our client, a reputable and growing engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a PE-licensed Senior Project Manager to join their Water Resources Engineering team in Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to lead stormwater, drainage, river mechanics, and erosion/sediment control projects.
Manage assigned projects throughout the full lifecycle, including scope development, proposals, contract negotiations, and project delivery.
Serve as primary client liaison and lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, design, reports, specifications, and plan production.
Coordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, subconsultants, and multi-discipline teams.
Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
~ 4+ years managing multi-disciplinary projects.
~ Experience in stormwater, drainage, erosion/sediment control, and water resources engineering.
~ Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
