Position Type: Direct Hire
Position Salary: $28/HR - $32/HR + OT (Depending on Experience)

Shift: First, Second, and Third
Relocation assistance can be provided
Responsibilities:
- Supports automation engineering services, including production automation activities.
- Repairs and maintains process machinery, conveyor systems, and production machines.
- Maintains and troubleshoots electrical equipment such as testers and test fixtures.
- Performs adjustments, repairs, replacements, or modifications on automation/robotic system components.
- Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components.
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on all subsystems and related components.
- Reads and interprets electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
- Records procedures, results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations.
- Analyzes corrective action reports and implements process tracking mechanisms.
- Performs calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals.
- Assists process technicians and engineers with equipment installation and removal.
- Assists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair, and evaluation plans and procedures.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma / GED a minimum; Associate degree in related field, military technical training or equivalent education and training is preferred
- 2 + years of related experience and/or trade knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals and engineering sketches, and utilize complicated drawings and specifications, advanced mathematics, and a variety of precision measuring instruments.

- 4+ years of related experience
