Essential Duties (not official)

​​​​​​​• Hunt for Opportunities: Engage prospects through calls, networking, social media, and industry events.

• Consultative Approach: Partner with our pre-sales experts to understand customer challenges and craft tailored solutions.

• Present and Persuade: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of our offerings.

• Strategic Planning: Develop effective sales strategies and manage pipelines efficiently using Microsoft products.

• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing directly to team success and leadership objectives.

• Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and evolving software solutions.


Working Hours, Working style

Qualifications

​​​​​​​Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, MIS, IT, or a related field

5 years of experience in IT sales

Experience in proposing and implementing Microsoft products

Fluency in English with conversational proficiency in Japanese
