As our AWS Cloud Architect, you’ll lead sales opportunities and enhance technical sales initiatives. In your role you will develop proofs of concept, design and present AWS cloud architecture solutions, playing a key role in the technical sales process. Your primary goal is to help our clients overcome critical business challenges by leveraging cutting-edge AWS cloud technologies and methodologies.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate ideation and discovery sessions for clients and potential clients
  • Design, scope, and estimate AWS cloud-based solutions based on customer requirements
  • Support on key sales pursuits and contribute to account planning and strategic initiatives
  • Develop offerings based on technologies available in the AWS Marketplace or as part of a professional service engagement
  • Nurture new and existing client relationships to identify new business development opportunities


Your Competencies:

  • 5+ years’ experience in architecting, building, and managing solutions on AWS, including expertise in infrastructure, application, database, and/or networking architecture
  • Capable of evaluating and aligning business and technical strategies with customer requirements
  • Experience with a range of AWS services, including EC2, ELB, RDS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, Athena, S3, and CDN
  • Proficiency in drafting detailed Statements of Work and Profitability Sheets

  • You possess strong skills in written and verbal communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation
  • You are capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with a global, multi-disciplinary team
  • You have exceptional presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt discussions for both technical subject matter experts and executive leadership audiences
