Senior Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain high quality dashboards in Salesforce CRMA / Einstein Analytics
  • Understand our internal and external data sources, Sales KPIs, other operational metrics and plan the roadmap for build out of dashboards for sellers and sales leaders in Salesforce
  • Partner with product owners, Sales users and operations managers to understand business requirements, analytical use cases and solve using highly intuitive dashboards in Salesforce
  • Be an expert and single point of contact for all reporting and dashboard development needs in Salesforce
  • Partner with our cross-BU data and analytics teams, IT, CDAO and DS&E teams to define a strategy for the use of appropriate reporting and dashboarding tools and technologies like CRMA, PowerBI etc.
