Their Mountain Top, PA facility is a vital part of their operations, driving efficiency and quality in production processes. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team and support their workforce in achieving their strategic objectives.



Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the plant.

• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans to support production goals.

• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management review, including metrics on recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.

• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Union experience advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
