QUAD is seeking a Human Resources Director for a manufacturer located in Mountain Top, PA.

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for the development and execution of organizational human resources strategy. Manufacturing industry experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing departmental development and planning, including budgets and resource allocation
  • Managing human resources management standards, processes, and systems implementation and coordination
  • Providing employee relations issues counsel
  • Overseeing human resources related strategic initiatives and new programs implementation
  • Developing and maintaining human resources practices and policies
  • Collaborating with senior management on succession plan establishment
  • Creating recruiting and retention plans
  • Assisting with compensation and benefits plans development and implementation
  • Preparing and delivering employee training and development initiatives

Skills/ Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA and/or SPHR preferred
  • 15+ years Human Resources experience that includes manufacturing industry experience
  • Extensive experience with cultural transformation and human capital
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, both federal and state
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels

Additional Details:

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $120-$150k + bonus
