We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager for our expanding restaurant chain who will spearhead all marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing plans, managing the budget, directing our advertising agency and maintaining our website. Your focus will be on driving sales through strategic brand initiatives, in-store marketing, and CRM efforts. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels, and collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve business objectives.


As Marketing Manager, you will report into our Vice President of Sales & Marketing and partner with the other resources within the marketing team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing calendar by anticipating consumer needs to proactively manage deliverables of restaurant activity.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the brand and customers, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Create in-store marketing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage external media agency relationship to build campaigns.
  • Analyze and optimize key metrics for our online ordering channels to drive transactions and sales.
  • Manage website content, functionality, and user experience.
  • Oversee the e-club program, including membership growth, email campaigns, and performance analysis for optimal engagement and retention.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of previous work experience in a marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels
  • Strong project management and organization skills to influence and motivate people working together as a team
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign and other creative software for page layout, photo editing and website maintenance
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Hospitality experience preferred
