Linux Engineer

This role is primarily responsible for system engineering, support and maintenance in a mixed Linux and Windows Hybrid-Cloud/On Prem environment consisting of Ubuntu servers and AWS Linux 2 EC2 instances. Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering
  • Linux Engineering - installation, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a Ubuntu and AWS Linux 2 environment
  • AWS engineering and administration (EC2, S3, EKS, IAM)
  • Managing File Transfer systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Bash, Puppet, and Ansible (preferred)
  • Datadog/PagerDuty/Zabbix for monitoring and alerting (preferred)
  • Nutanix (or related virtualization platform) administration (preferred)
