Job Description:

The Production Scheduling Coordinator, under limited supervision, performs routine tasks in coordinating

products and materials through various production phases. Reviews and implements planned production

schedules.


Responsibilities:

* Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases

* Implements planned production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements

* Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules

* Performs filing and other clerical type duties


Education and Experience:

* High school diploma/GED

* 1-2 years related experience


Skills and Knowledge:

* Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures

* Ability to research and analyze data effectively

* Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports

* Good/Strong/Excellence verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent customer service orientation

* Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task

* Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines

* Strong prioritization skills

* Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically

* Decision making skills

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web browsers

* Intermediate level knowledge of PC software applications and strong understanding of PC operating systems
