Join us as a Media Accounting Intern and embark on a mystical journey to support our performance marketing team in processing data and weaving spells through paid media buys. You'll assist in monitoring and tracking project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with client budgets, keeping detailed records of expenses, reconciling invoices, and providing regular pacing updates. Delve deeper into the arcane arts of paid media, mastering advertising tools, and ultimately deciphering the secrets hidden within data, all while weaving your powers to contribute to our marketing objectives.


The ideal candidate for this role should possess a thirst for collaboration within our company, both accounting and paid media, yet harbor the ability to problem solve on their own, seizing control of assigned accounts and responsibilities like a seasoned sorcerer.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Data entry (invoices, AP, AR, etc.)
  • Opportunity to work with a healthy mix of all media types (TV, CTV, OTT, social, search, etc.)
  • Track audience delivery for all buys, data pull/reviews from Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, Tiktok, etc.
  • Manage vendor insertion orders (contracts)
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Research new media opportunities


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest and experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets.
  • Enthusiasm for paid media and marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.


Specifications of the Internship:

This is a paid, hourly internship for the duration of 3 months. Our office is in the trendy Third Ward area of downtown Milwaukee. We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 24hours/week in the office 8:00am – 5pm, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with the possibility for additional hours should client work require it.
