This role is only on the market due to an employee relocation. They have many people that have been with the organization for 20+ years.
This person MUST have heavy experience with all Workers Comp and LOA issues.
Worker's Compensation Specialist (Santa Fe Springs - On Site):
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have thorough exposure to all areas of Worker's Comp, LOA, FMLA, ADA, etc
- Must have experience in daily claims management and working directly with the insurance carrier
- Must have exposure to working with OSHA rules/standards
- Should have experience in a company setting like manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or similar
- Must have experience in a large, fast-paced organization
- Salary is likely $70k - $85K base + bonus, benefits, PTO
