Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist with expertise in manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee all HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing HR processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to align the company’s HR strategy, goals, and workforce planning needs.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, OSHA regulations, and EEOC guidelines.
  • Work with the team to administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
  • Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding process ensuring seamless transitions and compliance.
  • Manage HR data and analytics providing leadership with insights to support decision-making and organizational development.
  • Continuously assess and refine HR policies, practices, and processes to enhance efficiency, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment laws, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage external vendors.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
