Position: Diesel Technician
  • Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Compensation: Highly competitive, based on experience
Job Overview:

As a Diesel Technician at Morin Diesel, you will be working on a diverse range of equipment, with the majority of the work focused on road trucks, industrial diesel engines, truck-mounted equipment, and some heavy machinery. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and equipment, while upholding our high standards of service.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Diesel Technician
  • Extensive knowledge of diesel engines, including Cummins, Kubota, Kohler, Isuzu, and Perkins
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for trucks, industrial diesel engines, and heavy equipment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Clean and organized work habits
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service

Job Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain road trucks, industrial diesel engines, truck-mounted equipment, and heavy machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot engine and equipment issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repairs and maintenance
