What you will do:

  • Identify, attract, and engage top talent for various positions within the organization, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
  • Manage a fast paced, full cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely updates, and a professional, respectful approach.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and community organizations to expand the talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong sourcing and administrative skillset.
  • Excellent cross functional communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual a plus.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Possess a high level of flexibility to take on multiple projects in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • A genuine commitment to the nonprofit mission and a desire to contribute to social change.
