We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing data visualization and interactive dashboards using Tableau software. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and updating dashboards, translating complex data into business insights, and maintaining data integrity. Our ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis, has a deep understanding of business intelligence tools like Tableau, and can provide data-driven strategic insights to influence business decisions.


Must haves:

1. written and oral communication skills- must -will be working with the business directly and executive leadership to build out dashboards- must be able to communicate, ask questions, probe, provide feebdback and suggestions to elicit requirement gathering - must be able to reiterate the ask and help solutionize it

2. Tableau skills

3. data bricks-used to work to write pipelines

4. SQL queries - must be strong in


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau visualizations and dashboards.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Connect Tableau to various data sources for real-time or batch data

• Conduct data analysis to draw business-relevant conclusions.

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

• Perform testing and data quality checks for Tableau Dashboards

• Assist in design and development of Tableau visualization solutions

• Ensure data security and compliance inline with company standards.


Basic Qualifications

• Atleast 4 years of experience as a Tableau Developer.

• A strong understanding of business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization.

• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of relational databases.

• Experience with data modeling and data visualization best practices

• Experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server and Tableau Reader.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.

• Good project management and communication skills.
