Enterprise Reporting Tableau Developer

Key Role:

Be responsible for building and maintaining actionable and automated Tableau dashboards, alerts, data models, data queries, and other data solutions for internal and client-facing business leaders. Provide analytics, develop data products, and help drive strategy. Present and interact with senior leaders and have an opportunity to make a measurable and meaningful impact on the success of our firm. Build and maintain data solutions that leaders leverage daily to make decisions on staffing, contract pursuit, and other business-related items.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience developing production-level Tableau dashboards
  • Experience with Databricks and SQL
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both team and client settings
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex and ambiguous problems
  • Ability to collaboratewith teammates and clients to develop products and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to be self-sufficient in developing work plans to produce Tableau dashboards under tight deadlines
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with data modeling tools or languages, including Power BI or Tableau Prep
  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management systems, including Jira
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage client expectations, shape requirements, and communicate effectively when problem solving
  • Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
