Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Operations-Division Manager to lead and manage the overall operations and strategic direction of a specific division within the company. The role will require overseeing daily operational tasks while ensuring the division’s goals align with the broader company strategy. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, resource allocation, and team leadership, ensuring smooth operations and long-term success for the division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the assigned division, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee resource allocation, assigning project managers and staff to projects based on expertise and operational needs.
  • Ensure safety and quality control within the division, managing field personnel and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with financial teams and senior leadership (e.g., Controller and CEO) for budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Participate in division-specific and company-wide meetings, including:
  • Safety and risk management meetings
  • Project kick-offs and hand-offs with internal stakeholders
  • Weekly resource and operations meetings
  • Post-project evaluation meetings
  • Communicate with senior leadership to ensure the division’s needs are met and align with organizational priorities.
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews and division growth assessments.
  • Promote and enforce company values within the division.
  • Take on additional responsibilities to enhance the success of the division and overall organization.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or relevant experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations and division management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on team success and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), project management tools, and industry-specific applications.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
