Position Overview:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be integral to the success of our campaigns, supporting senior project managers and liaising with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic environment, working with various clients across diverse campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their project management skills

in a fast-paced, creative setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with client objectives.
  • Support senior project managers by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and project updates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing and account management, to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress and monitor performance to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
  • Identify and help resolve issues that may arise during project management


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within an agency or marketing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working in a client-facing role.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
