Position

The Patient Recruiter plays a crucial role in the clinical trial process. You would truly be the face of the company and the first point of contact for many patients. Some of the people you speak with have never participated in a Clinical Trial and may be nervous or have a lot of questions, your job is to guide them through the process and make them feel comfortable.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be contacting, screening, and scheduling potential patients into clinical research studies. You'll be working in a clinic meeting directly with potential patients, doctors, and other site staff. When speaking with patients you’ll be confirming interest in the trial, asking qualifying questions, and scheduling them to start in the trial.


Company

Our client is a Clinical Research site network with over 15 research sites across the seven states. Their sites conduct Phase I-IV trials in therapeutic areas like cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccines.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish Required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
  • Previous experience with customer service is preferred
